Alistair is based in the Solent office and is responsible for the accounting, audit and taxation affairs of a diverse range of owner managed small/medium enterprises and individuals, with specialist expertise in the Agricultural and Charity sectors.
He has many years experience in pro active support and advice to businesses from start-up, through growth, restructuring, diversification and planning exit routes by sale, merger, management buy-out or transfer to the next generation. Alistair believes that, whilst accounting and tax compliance assignments are an important part of his work, the forward planning and advisory aspect of his role makes a material contribution to a client's success.
Alistair's involvement with the Charity sector is not restricted only to professional support, but extends to personal involvement as a Trustee of a substantial almshouse charity, as a Leader in his local Scout Group, and several other appointments.
